How it works
- You download the client via the button and run it.
- You tell us the ID and password by telephone.
- The connection is established, even across the firewall. We see your desktop and can go through the issue with you directly or implement the solution together.
- You end the session. If you delete the TeamViewer Client, only a log file remains. No back doors, no system changes.
How safe is the procedure?
The connection is very secure. The data is encrypted directly between the customer and the master module using 256-bit encryption. There is no installation on your system. If you delete the customer module after maintenance, only the log file remains, which documents our actions. You can see on the screen which files are being accessed and can interrupt the connection immediately at any time via your TeamViewer panel.
